DIHEDATO, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (en adelante, “DIHEDATO”), con domicilio para efectos de notificaciones en la Oficina 501, calle Ámsterdam 271, Colonia Hipódromo, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, de esta Ciudad de México, C.P. 06100, México, y portal de internet www.capa.fi, en su carácter de responsable del tratamiento y resguardo de sus datos personales, cumple con lo dispuesto en la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 20 de marzo de 2025 y vigente a partir del 21 de marzo de 2025 (en adelante, la “Ley”), la cual abrogó la ley del mismo nombre publicada en 2010, así como con sus disposiciones reglamentarias aplicables, los Lineamientos del Aviso de Privacidad y demás normatividad nacional e internacional en materia de protección de datos personales. (hereinafter, “DIHEDATO”), with a domicile for notification purposes at Office 501, Ámsterdam Street 271, Colonia Hipódromo, Cuauhtémoc Borough, in this Mexico City, C.P. 06100, Mexico, and internet portal www.capa.fi, in its capacity as the party responsible for the processing and safekeeping of your personal data, complies with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 20, 2025, and effective as of March 21, 2025 (hereinafter, the “Law”), which repealed the law of the same name published in 2010, as well as with its applicable regulatory provisions, the Privacy Notice Guidelines, and other national and international regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
En observancia estricta de los principios y deberes de protección, seguridad y confidencialidad previstos en dicho marco jurídico, DIHEDATO implementa medidas físicas, administrativas y tecnológicas idóneas a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida de los datos personales. En este sentido, se informa que la información proporcionada será tratada de manera estrictamente confidencial. In strict observance of the principles and duties of protection, security, and confidentiality provided for in said legal framework, DIHEDATO implements appropriate physical, administrative, and technological measures throughout the entire life cycle of personal data. In this regard, you are informed that the information provided will be treated in a strictly confidential manner.
DATOS PERSONALES QUE SE RECABAN
Los Datos Personales que serán recabados de los Usuarios cuando hacen uso de la Plataforma constan de su Dirección de IP (Internet Protocol) de su dispositivo electrónico y de la URL de la que provienen las búsquedas de los Usuarios (estén o no en el Sitio), a qué URL acceden seguidamente (estén o no en el Sitio), qué navegador están usando, las páginas visitadas, las búsquedas realizadas, las publicaciones llevadas a cabo, las preferencias comerciales manifestadas y los mensajes publicados.
Los Datos Personales que serán recabados de los Clientes para poder prestar los servicios dispuestos en la Plataforma (los “Servicios”) constan de los siguientes:
• Nombre completo;
• Dirección de correo electrónico;
• Número de teléfono fijo y móvil;
• Dirección física;
• Los contenidos en su identificación oficial;
• Datos de su(s) cuenta(s) bancaria(s);
• Información contenida en su constancia de situación fiscal.
Asimismo, le informamos que no recabamos Datos Personales sensibles ni de los Usuarios ni de los Clientes. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
The Personal Data collected from Users when they use the Platform consist of the IP (Internet Protocol) address of their electronic device and the URL from which the Users’ searches originate (whether or not on the Site), which URL they subsequently access (whether or not on the Site), which browser they are using, the pages visited, the searches performed, the posts made, the commercial preferences expressed, and the messages posted.
The Personal Data collected from Customers in order to provide the services offered on the Platform (the “Services”) consist of the following:
• Full name;
• Email address;
• Landline and mobile telephone number;
• Physical address;
• The contents of your official identification;
• Details of your bank account(s);
• Information contained in your tax status certificate.
Likewise, we inform you that we do not collect sensitive Personal Data from either Users or Customers.

Este sitio recaba información estándar de registro, incluyendo su dirección IP, tipo de navegador, idioma, horarios de acceso y direcciones de sitios web visitados.

FINALIDADES DEL TRATAMIENTO
Los Datos Personales que DIHEDATO obtiene de usted, así como su uso, acceso, manejo, aprovechamiento, transferencia, disposición, almacenamiento y/o divulgación (en lo sucesivo, de manera conjunta, el “Tratamiento”), se realizan para cumplir con las siguientes finalidades necesarias:
• Atender y ejecutar la relación jurídica derivada de la solicitud y/o contratación de productos o servicios.
• Corroborar, autenticar y validar su identidad.
• Gestionar, operar y dar seguimiento a los productos y servicios que usted solicite o contrate con DIHEDATO.
• Integrar, conservar y mantener actualizado el expediente de identificación del Cliente y, en su caso, de su Beneficiario Controlador, así como recabar, verificar y resguardar la información y documentación necesarias para que DIHEDATO cumpla con sus obligaciones como sujeto que realiza una Actividad Vulnerable en términos de la Ley Federal para la Prevención e Identificación de Operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita (la “Ley Antilavado”), incluyendo la presentación de avisos y reportes a las autoridades competentes.
• Prevenir, detectar e investigar operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita y financiamiento al terrorismo, así como realizar la verificación del Cliente contra listas de personas bloqueadas y demás listas de control aplicables.
• Prevenir, detectar y/o combatir el fraude y cualquier otro ilícito.
• Mantener comunicación con usted y dar atención y seguimiento a sus quejas, comentarios y solicitudes.
• Dar cumplimiento a obligaciones legales y a requerimientos de autoridades competentes. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
The Personal Data that DIHEDATO obtains from you, as well as their use, access, handling, exploitation, transfer, disposal, storage, and/or disclosure (hereinafter, jointly, the “Processing”), are carried out to fulfill the following necessary purposes:
• To attend to and perform the legal relationship arising from the request for and/or contracting of products or services.
• To corroborate, authenticate, and validate your identity.
• To manage, operate, and follow up on the products and services that you request or contract with DIHEDATO.
• To assemble, retain, and keep updated the identification file of the Customer and, where applicable, of its Beneficial Owner, as well as to collect, verify, and safeguard the information and documentation necessary for DIHEDATO to comply with its obligations as a party carrying out a Vulnerable Activity under the terms of the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (the “Anti-Money Laundering Law”), including the filing of notices and reports with the competent authorities.
• To prevent, detect, and investigate operations involving resources of illicit origin and the financing of terrorism, as well as to screen the Customer against blocked-persons lists and other applicable control lists.
• To prevent, detect, and/or combat fraud and any other unlawful act.
• To maintain communication with you and to attend to and follow up on your complaints, comments, and requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and with requirements of competent authorities.
FINALIDADES SECUNDARIAS O ACCESORIAS
De manera adicional, DIHEDATO podrá utilizar sus Datos Personales para las siguientes finalidades no necesarias para la prestación de los productos o servicios, pero que contribuyen a mejorar su experiencia:
• Remitirle comunicaciones informativas que puedan resultar de su interés.
• Enviar mensajes publicitarios o de mercadotecnia.
• Elaborar perfiles y segmentaciones de clientes para el ofrecimiento de productos y servicios.
• Realizar encuestas y llevar a cabo campañas institucionales.
Usted puede negar su consentimiento para el Tratamiento con estas finalidades secundarias enviando un correo a [email protected] o mediante los mecanismos indicados en este Aviso. De no recibirse su negativa, se tendrá por consentido el uso de su información para estos fines. SECONDARY OR ANCILLARY PURPOSES
Additionally, DIHEDATO may use your Personal Data for the following purposes that are not necessary for the provision of the products or services, but that contribute to improving your experience:
• To send you informational communications that may be of interest to you.
• To send advertising or marketing messages.
• To create customer profiles and segmentations for the offering of products and services.
• To conduct surveys and carry out institutional campaigns.
You may refuse your consent to the Processing for these secondary purposes by sending an email to [email protected] or through the mechanisms indicated in this Notice. If your refusal is not received, the use of your information for these purposes shall be deemed consented to.
MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD
DIHEDATO se compromete a salvaguardar la confidencialidad de sus Datos Personales. En cumplimiento de sus políticas corporativas y de la Ley, implementa medidas de seguridad físicas, administrativas y tecnológicas adecuadas para proteger las bases de datos que los contienen y prevenir su pérdida, alteración, destrucción, uso, acceso o Tratamiento no autorizado. DIHEDATO undertakes to safeguard the confidentiality of your Personal Data. In compliance with its corporate policies and with the Law, it implements adequate physical, administrative, and technological security measures to protect the databases that contain them and to prevent their loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or Processing.
EJERCICIO DE DERECHOS Y CONTACTO
Usted tiene derecho a conocer qué Datos Personales tenemos de usted, para qué se utilizan y las condiciones de su uso (Acceso). Asimismo, puede solicitar la corrección de su información cuando esté desactualizada, sea inexacta o incompleta (Rectificación); solicitar que se elimine de nuestros registros o bases de datos cuando considere que no está siendo utilizada conforme a las finalidades o a la normativa aplicable (Cancelación); así como oponerse al uso de sus datos para fines específicos (Oposición). Estos derechos se conocen en conjunto como derechos ARCO.
De igual forma, usted puede limitar el uso o la divulgación de sus Datos Personales, o revocar el consentimiento que haya otorgado para su Tratamiento. Para ejercer cualquiera de estos derechos, póngase en contacto con DIHEDATO a través del correo electrónico [email protected], enviando su solicitud en los términos de la Ley y demás disposiciones aplicables. Su solicitud deberá contener, al menos, lo siguiente:
• Nombre completo del Titular;
• Domicilio del Titular, correo electrónico u otro medio para comunicar la respuesta a su solicitud;
• Copia simple o digital de identificación oficial para acreditar la identidad (p. ej., INE, pasaporte, cédula profesional);
• Representación: en caso de actuar en nombre de un tercero, adjuntar el documento que acredite sus facultades (poder o instrumento aplicable);
• Descripción de los Datos Personales respecto de los cuales desea ejercer derechos y especificación del derecho a ejercer: Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación u Oposición; oposición al Tratamiento para determinadas finalidades; o revocación del consentimiento.
En las solicitudes de Rectificación, indique con precisión las modificaciones requeridas y anexe la documentación que soporte los cambios. Para rectificar su nombre, adjunte el justificativo correspondiente si difiere del consignado en la identificación presentada. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS AND CONTACT
You have the right to know what Personal Data we hold about you, what it is used for, and the conditions of its use (Access). Likewise, you may request the correction of your information when it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); request that it be deleted from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the applicable purposes or regulations (Cancellation); as well as object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are collectively known as ARCO rights.
Likewise, you may limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data, or revoke the consent you have granted for its Processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact DIHEDATO through the email address [email protected], sending your request under the terms of the Law and other applicable provisions. Your request must contain, at a minimum, the following:
• Full name of the Data Owner;
• Domicile of the Data Owner, email, or other means to communicate the response to your request;
• Plain or digital copy of official identification to prove identity (e.g., INE, passport, professional license);
• Representation: if acting on behalf of a third party, attach the document evidencing your powers (power of attorney or applicable instrument);
• Description of the Personal Data with respect to which you wish to exercise rights and specification of the right to be exercised: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Objection; objection to Processing for certain purposes; or revocation of consent.
In Rectification requests, precisely indicate the modifications required and attach the documentation supporting the changes. To rectify your name, attach the corresponding supporting document if it differs from the one recorded in the identification submitted.
Limitaciones a los derechos de Cancelación y Oposición por obligaciones legales. En su carácter de sujeto que realiza una Actividad Vulnerable conforme a la Ley Antilavado, DIHEDATO está legalmente obligada a integrar y conservar el expediente de identificación del Cliente, así como la documentación que soporte sus operaciones, por el plazo de conservación previsto en dicha ley y sus disposiciones (actualmente diez años, contados a partir de la fecha de la actividad u operación correspondiente). En consecuencia, los derechos de Cancelación y Oposición, así como la revocación del consentimiento, no procederán respecto de los Datos Personales cuyo Tratamiento sea necesario para que DIHEDATO cumpla con dichas obligaciones legales y de prevención de operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita. En estos supuestos, DIHEDATO conservará y tratará únicamente la información estrictamente necesaria para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones a su cargo, durante el tiempo legalmente exigido, e informará al Titular el fundamento de dicha conservación. Limitations on the rights of Cancellation and Objection due to legal obligations. In its capacity as a party carrying out a Vulnerable Activity under the Anti-Money Laundering Law, DIHEDATO is legally obligated to assemble and retain the Customer’s identification file, as well as the documentation supporting its transactions, for the retention period provided in said law and its provisions (currently ten years, counted from the date of the corresponding activity or transaction). Consequently, the rights of Cancellation and Objection, as well as the revocation of consent, shall not apply with respect to the Personal Data whose Processing is necessary for DIHEDATO to comply with such legal and money-laundering-prevention obligations. In these cases, DIHEDATO shall retain and process only the information strictly necessary to fulfill the obligations incumbent upon it, for the legally required time, and shall inform the Data Owner of the grounds for such retention.
El plazo de respuesta será de 20 (veinte) días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente a la recepción de la solicitud, el cual podrá ampliarse por una sola vez hasta por 10 (diez) días hábiles cuando las circunstancias lo justifiquen, notificándolo al Titular dentro del plazo de respuesta. La respuesta se enviará por correo electrónico o por el mismo medio por el cual se recibió la solicitud. The response period shall be 20 (twenty) business days counted from the day following receipt of the request, which may be extended only once for up to 10 (ten) business days when circumstances so justify, with notice to the Data Owner within the response period. The response shall be sent by email or by the same means through which the request was received.
En caso de que DIHEDATO no dé respuesta dentro del plazo señalado, o si ésta resultara insatisfactoria, el Titular podrá iniciar el procedimiento de protección de derechos ante la Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno —autoridad que, a partir de la entrada en vigor de la Ley, sustituyó al extinto Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI) en materia de protección de datos personales en posesión de los particulares— dentro de los 15 (quince) días siguientes a la fecha en que se comunique la respuesta del responsable o, en caso de falta de respuesta, a partir de que venza el plazo de respuesta. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de los demás medios de defensa que la Ley reconoce a su favor, incluido el juicio de amparo ante los juzgados de distrito y tribunales colegiados de circuito especializados en materia de acceso a la información pública y protección de datos personales.

In the event that DIHEDATO does not respond within the indicated period, or if such response is unsatisfactory, the Data Owner may initiate the rights-protection procedure before the Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance —the authority that, as of the entry into force of the Law, replaced the former National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) with respect to the protection of personal data held by private parties— within 15 (fifteen) days following the date on which the controller’s response is communicated or, in the absence of a response, from the expiration of the response period. The foregoing is without prejudice to the other means of defense that the Law recognizes in your favor, including the amparo proceeding before the district courts and collegiate circuit courts specialized in matters of access to public information and protection of personal data.

CAMBIOS AL AVISO DE PRIVACIDAD
DIHEDATO podrá modificar o actualizar este Aviso de Privacidad en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones se comunicarán a través de su portal de internet mencionado anteriormente y, en su caso, por los medios de contacto que usted nos haya proporcionado. La versión vigente señalará la fecha de última actualización. Cuando las modificaciones requieran su consentimiento, éste será recabado conforme a la Ley y demás disposiciones aplicables. DIHEDATO may modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time. The modifications will be communicated through its internet portal mentioned above and, where applicable, through the contact means you have provided to us. The current version will indicate the date of the last update. When the modifications require your consent, it will be obtained in accordance with the Law and other applicable provisions.
ACEPTACIÓN
El uso de los servicios de DIHEDATO constituye manifestación expresa, libre e informada de su voluntad para otorgar su consentimiento respecto del presente Aviso de Privacidad, así como reconocimiento de su conocimiento previo de su contenido y de las consecuencias de dicho consentimiento; lo anterior sin perjuicio de que puedan establecerse medios adicionales y expresos para recabar la voluntad del Titular cuando así lo requiera la Ley o resulte procedente. The use of DIHEDATO’s services constitutes an express, free, and informed expression of your will to grant your consent with respect to this Privacy Notice, as well as acknowledgment of your prior knowledge of its content and of the consequences of such consent; the foregoing without prejudice to the possibility of establishing additional and express means to obtain the Data Owner’s will when so required by the Law or when appropriate.
JURISDICCIÓN Y CONTROVERSIAS
El presente Aviso de Privacidad se rige por la legislación vigente y aplicable en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Cualquier controversia relacionada con su interpretación o aplicación se sustanciará ante la Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, a través del procedimiento de protección de derechos previsto en la Ley, y, en su caso, ante los juzgados de distrito y tribunales colegiados de circuito especializados en materia de acceso a la información pública y protección de datos personales, o ante los órganos jurisdiccionales competentes en la Ciudad de México. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTES
This Privacy Notice is governed by the legislation in force and applicable in the United Mexican States. Any dispute related to its interpretation or application shall be processed before the Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, through the rights-protection procedure provided in the Law, and, where applicable, before the district courts and collegiate circuit courts specialized in matters of access to public information and protection of personal data, or before the competent judicial bodies in Mexico City.
ACEPTACIÓN DEL CLIENTE
La consulta y el despliegue en pantalla de los presentes Términos y Condiciones y del Aviso de Privacidad Integral, así como la lectura y el uso de la Plataforma, la creación de una cuenta y/o la ejecución de cualquier operación a través de la misma, constituyen la aceptación plena y sin reserva de ambos documentos legales por parte del Cliente.
El Cliente otorga dicha aceptación por medios electrónicos, mediante el marcado de la casilla de verificación (checkbox) habilitada para tal efecto en la Plataforma. Dicha manifestación de voluntad es expresa, libre e informada y surte los mismos efectos jurídicos y el mismo valor probatorio que la firma autógrafa, de conformidad con el artículo 90 del Código de Comercio y el artículo 1803 del Código Civil Federal.
Al marcar la casilla de aceptación, el Cliente manifiesta que leyó, comprendió y acepta íntegramente los Términos y Condiciones y el Aviso de Privacidad Integral contenidos en el presente documento, y que la información que proporciona para efectos de su identificación es verdadera, completa y vigente. Tratándose de personas morales, quien otorga la aceptación declara contar con facultades suficientes y vigentes para obligar a su representada, mismas que no le han sido revocadas ni limitadas en forma alguna. CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
The consultation and on-screen display of these Terms and Conditions and of the Comprehensive Privacy Notice, as well as the reading and use of the Platform, the creation of an account, and/or the execution of any transaction through it, constitute the full and unreserved acceptance of both legal documents by the Customer.
The Customer grants such acceptance by electronic means, by checking the verification box (checkbox) enabled for that purpose on the Platform. Such expression of will is express, free, and informed, and produces the same legal effects and the same evidentiary value as a handwritten signature, in accordance with Article 90 of the Commercial Code and Article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code.
By checking the acceptance box, the Customer represents that it has read, understood, and fully accepts the Terms and Conditions and the Comprehensive Privacy Notice contained in this document, and that the information it provides for identification purposes is true, complete, and current. In the case of legal entities, the person granting acceptance declares that it has sufficient and valid powers to bind its principal, which have not been revoked or limited in any manner.
